Last night we were in Vakko Party on Abdi Ipekci. We celebrated the opening of the new store with 27 violists (playing the same song on different part of the avenue), dj's in store and lots of champagne!

It has been so cloudy and rainy these last days, we're getting depressed. Since our new magazine; Digital Home has been launched we have x2 work to do. Therefore, we decided to go somewhere that we can eat good meal, have full stomach, have fun and have some power to get back to work :) There we are in streets of Beyoglu, looking for something fun..

LIFE FORMULA

Turkish fashion brand Damat Tween launched its new lifestyle concept brand for men: DAMAT TWEEN LIFE. We enjoyed the launch party in Rahmi Koc Museum, liked the show of cigare girls and spent the night around the pieces of new life style collection. Innovative furnitures designed by Ozlem Yalim and Reha Erdogan are worth to see! It is going to be in Nisantasi store, very soon...

Last night, I was in Derishow Fulya; wandered around the shop, looked at the new season collection and get some snapshots from the party. Nothing interesting really. What ever happens, Derishow doesn't change its style.

Hello from Cairo, Egypt !!! Last night i was in the opening of beymen department store in Cairo. It was awsome! More than 50 haute couture brands are available in the store situated in the first floor of Four Seasons Hotel! Alek wek was here also for the fashion show!

Fridge Project

Are you curious about what's going on in your neighbour's house? Personally, I've allways liked to glimpse inside the houses when the curtains are open. Last month, I heard about a guy, named Barış Erkol, he is pationned about fridges and he calls everbody to expose their fridges on his web site "buzdolabi.com." Buzdolabi means "fridge" in Turkish. Last week, I've met with a young jewellery designer named Burcu Büyükünal. She has tiny but beautifully detailed designs. Have a look at her web site.

A little bit of her biography: Burcu Büyükünal was borned in 1980, in Ankara. She graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Design, in 2003. She is the second winner of the Jewellery Design Competition of The World Gold Council Turkey in 2002. She works for elacindoruknazanpak as a jewellery designer.
